How to Buy Online

1. Find the products that you would like to order by clicking the “SHOP” button on the navigation menu. You can also search for products using the Search Bar at the top of the webpage.

2. When you find a product that you like, add it to your Basket by clicking the “ADD TO CART’’ button.

3. When you have chosen all the products that you would like to buy, click on the ‘CART’ icon at the top right-hand corner, and after checking that you have included everything you want in the correct quantities, then click on the “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT” button.

4. If you are a returning customer who already has an account, you can simply log in with your Username and Password and your saved billing and shipping addresses will be automatically populated. If it is your first time buying, you will be asked to fill in your billing and shipping addresses as well as creating a Username and Password.

5. Once your details have been filled in, you will see on the right hand side, your order will be updated with the total amount and your shipping cost calculated.

6. Once you are happy with your order details, click on the ‘PLACE ORDER’’ button. You will then be directed to the PayFast payment gateway site in order to effect your secure payment. You may pay using Instant EFT, Debit or Credit Card, QR code scan or by SCode cash deposit. Do not close or click away from the page while your payment is processing. After a few seconds you will be redirected back to the site where you will see a confirmation of your order and payment.

7. You will also receive a confirmation of your order on the email address you provided.
