Courier

We dispatch all orders, unless otherwise stated, within one working day of receiving payment into our accounts. If you pay via credit card, we receive this payment automatically as soon as you have paid. If you pay via EFT or bank deposit, your order will only be dispatched within 24 hours of your payment clearing. Our standard delivery option is courier to door. Please ensure that you enter the correct shipping address when signing up, as this is the address that will be used for delivery. We will not be held responsible for deliveries made to incorrect addresses due to an incorrect delivery address provided. Courier fees are calculated based on your address and the dimensions of your parcel and will be different for each order.  Our courier delivers to any South African address. Please allow an additional day for outlaying or remote areas.
  • Courier delivery takes 3 – 5 working days depending on the order’s destination.
  • Deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 9am – 5pm.
  • There are no deliveries on weekends or public holidays.
  • Main city centre delivery takes 3 – 5 working days.
  • With remote areas deliveries can take up to 7 working days.
  • Your delivery address should be at an address where somebody you trust will be available to accept your order at any time. Anyone at the delivery address can accept the delivery. In order for us to prove that delivery of an order has been completed, we do not have to prove that you personally received the goods, but rather that any person at the delivery address signed for the delivery.
  • Unforeseen circumstances, for example adverse weather, closed roads, strikes etc. could prolong the delivery time. This is rare but it does happen, therefore a ‘late’ delivery is not grounds for a refund or cancellation of the order. However, if your delivery has not been delivered after the estimated times shown above, please contact us with your order number so that we can follow up on the matter.
Change of delivery address after the order has been placed We are NOT able to change the delivery address once you have already submitted your order. Therefore, please ensure that you register an address where you or someone you trust will be available to receive your order.

Delivery outside South Africa

We currently do not ship outside South Africa through the store. If you reside outside South Africa, you can place an order by emailing us at orders@healthwakeup.co.za.

Buying outside South Africa

You can buy from our store if you are outside South Africa for delivery to a South African location, even if you are paying with an international card. Just make sure that you put in a South African Billing Address. This is perfect for those who would like to send a gift to someone in South Africa.
