Colon Cleansing also known as high enema, colonic, colonic irrigation or colon hydrotherapy is the cleansing of the colon by gently introducing purified warm water into the colon to rid it of old compacted, putrefied waste & mucus which are a breeding ground for may negative health conditions.

How the Colema Board System Works
One end of the Board is placed on a chair/stool and the other over the toilet bowl. A water bag is hung with a bracket over the bathroom door. The tap swirl tube is fixed on the tap and the bag is filled with water via the tap swirl tube.
The clamp tube is connected at the bottom of the water bag and the other end in the hole of the splashguard on the board. You lie on the Colema Board on your back with your knees bent. Your buttocks are placed up against the Board’s splashguard. A small tip (the size of a pencil in diameter) connected to the clamp tube is lubricated and inserted into the rectum about 2 – 3 inches. Keep in mind that the tip is inserted ONLY ONCE during the entire Colema process. The tip is NOT REMOVED from the rectum for evacuation.
One can easily evacuate and urinate while on the board. Faecal matter and fluid come out around the rectal tip. The clamp is used to control the water flow from the bag. The Colema Board procedure frees your hands to massage the abdomen as the water is let into the bowel. When you want to release, relax and the fluid and faecal matter comes out around the tip into your toilet. Repeat this procedure until the entire contents of the water bag have been exhausted.
