Methylsulfonylmethane or MSM is a natural form of Sulphur found in all living green vegetables, grass and plants, sea vegetables and in blue green algae. MSM is a metabolite of dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO). It is destroyed by the cooking process and by dehydration.
