Returns & Cancellations Policy

Stock Levels:

We take great care to ensure that our online store reflects accurately our stock levels. The provision of goods and services is still however subject to stock availability. In cases of unavailability, we will refund you in full within 7 days.

In the rare occasion where circumstances may require, we reserve the right to cancel an order for which payment has already been received. This may occur if stock is insufficient or the quality of goods ordered does not meet our standards. Should we exercise this right, you will receive a full refund with no deductions.

Returning an item:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days of receiving the item, provided it is in its original untampered packaging and is unopened. Customers will have to pay the courier costs incurred for returns. Once an item is returned a refund or replacement, if possible, will be processed within 3 days.

Returning a defective item:

If you receive a defective item, please take a picture of the defect and contact us immediately so we can rectify the situation. Defective items will, where possible be replaced, or alternatively customers will be fully refunded.

Cancelling an order after paying:

A 10% fee will be charged for orders cancelled after being placed.

Please note that, due to the courier costs on our side, we are unfortunately unable to refund courier fees should you choose to cancel your order.

Items that cannot be returned:

Certain items cannot be exchanged for safety and hygiene reasons

Refunds:

Gift Cards cannot be refunded

If a refund is given on items that were bought while on sale, the refund will be given on the sale price, not the original price.

All effort will be made to deliver items within the stipulated time. However, from time to time unforeseen circumstances such as adverse weather, road closures, protest action etc. might delay delivery of orders and such delays will not be accepted as grounds for refunds or cancellations.
